Two weeks on from Max Verstappen’s fourth win of the season in China, the Formula One season returns with the glitz and glamour of the Miami Grand Prix.

Fans, including plenty of rich and famous faces, have already enjoyed the second sprint race of the year over the course of this weekend.

As is generally the way in F1 nowadays, Verstappen won last season’s race and is chasing a hat-trick of triumphs since the world championship arrived in Miami in 2022.

The Dutchman already has a 25-point lead over Red Bull teammate Sergio Perez at the top of the standings, with Carlos Sainz Jr’s triumph for Ferrari in Australia the only blemish on Verstappen’s 2024 record so far.

We’re all set for the Miami Grand Prix and, ahead of an eagerly-anticipated raceday, The Sporting News has everything you’ll need to keep tabs on all of the F1 action.

The Miami Grand Prix is the sixth race of the 2024 Formula One season and takes place at the Miami International Autodrome in Florida, United States.

Here’s how to watch the 2024 Miami Grand Prix across selected areas of the world’s major regions:

USA: ESPN is showing the race live on US cable TV on ESPN, and while there’s also several streaming options, ESPN+ and Fubo are your best bets with the latter including a FREE trial. ABC is also showing the race.

Canada: Canadian F1 fans can watch English-speaking covering on TSN or stream via TSN Direct, while French speakers can also catch the action on RDS or Noovo.

UK: This race will be available to watch on Sky Sports’ own dedicated Formula 1 Channel, Sky Sports F1, with streaming services Sky Go and NOW TV both using the same broadcast feed.

Australia: Fox Sports is the place to go for F1 in Australia as well as streaming options on Foxtel Go and Kayo.

India: While there’s no terrestrial TV coverage of the race in India, fans can still follow the action both live and on catch-up via the FIA’s own streaming service; F1 TV Pro, or alternatively FanCode have the rights this season.

The 57-lap Miami Grand Prix race begins at 4:00 p.m. local time (CST) from the Miami International Autodrome and here’s how that translates across some of the major territories:

After wowing the crowds in Florida, Formula One returns to its spiritual home of Europe for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix at Imola. This year will be a particularly poignant occasion as it is the 30th anniversary of F1 great Ayrton Senna suffering a fatal crash at the Italian circuit.

Taking place on Sunday, May 17, 2024, this will be the fourth edition of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix since Imola returned to the F1 calendar amid the pandemic-effected 2020 season. Last year’s race was cancelled due to flooding from the Santerno River that compromised the circuit.

Prior to that, Imola hosted the San Marino Grand Prix between 1981 and 2006, having been the home to the Italian Grand Prix in 1980. Michael Schumacher holds the all-time record for wins at the circuit with seven. Verstappen will be chasing his third.
