Canelo Alvarez will compete in a Mexico vs. Mexico showdown, but not against expected challenger David Benavidez.

Instead, Canelo will face a young star competing in the biggest fight of his career, with Jaime Munguia hoping to dethrone him as undisputed super middleweight champion.

The action goes down at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena on Sunday, May 5 in Australia.

Here’s how to watch the fight in Australia:

In Australia, the event will be broadcast live on Foxtel’s Main Event, Kayo PPV and DAZN.

Foxtel subscribers can purchase the pay-per-view for an additional $69.95 through Main Event.

The card can also be streamed on Kayo PPV, with no existing subscription required, for $69.95.

Subscribers to DAZN can purchase the event for an additional $69.99.

The PPV main card starts at 10am AEST on Sunday, May 5. Canelo and Munguia should make their way to the ring around 1:15pm AEST, depending on how long the undercard fights last.
