He has added muscle to his frame since joining the NBA. As a freshman at Gonzaga in 2021, Holmgren was listed at 195 pounds.
Holmgren has a 7-6 wingspan, per BasketballNews.
Holmgren did not have an official measurement recorded at the NBA Draft combine, but most accounts put his wingspan north of 7-5.
